As a result of our advertising campaign – which also includes direct contact with candidates who our recruitment consultants feel would be an excellent ‘fit’ for the role you are looking to fill – we draw up a short list of potential candidates – and send their CVs across for your consideration. Our bespoke technology allows us to store and then search for the details of thousands of potential candidates.
