An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilful Employment Solicitor to join our client’s thriving practice in the Woking area. The successful applicants will handle a rewarding caseload of employment matters, whilst playing a key role in team and firm-wide business development and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities
• Preparing tribunal cases
• Providing representation at the hearings
• Drafting contracts, agreements, policies and procedures
• Providing corporate support with employment-related matters
• Discrimination
• Harassment
• Termination of employment
• Redundancy
• Unfair dismissal
• Tribunal claims
• Settlement agreements
• TUPE transfers
• Whistleblowing
• Business development and marketing

The Candidate
• Qualified solicitors with up to 4 years’ PQE
• Solid experience in employment law is essential for this role or a completed training contract seat in employment law
• Demonstrate outstanding client care whilst communicate in a clear and concise manner
• Strives for high standards in their work
• Commercially aware
• Highly-organised with the ability to meet tight deadlines
