Top tier practice in Lincolnshire seeks an HR Administrator on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the director of HR, the successful administrator will join the firm’s office located in the Boston area and utilise their knowledge to manage a busy workload covering the full remit of HR duties. The role offers an outstanding opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of the firm’s legal services.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and updating the HR system
  • HR workflow development
  • Payroll administration
  • Maintaining training records
  • Preparing pension submissions
  • Registering trainees and NQs with the SRA
  • Organising professional training courses
  • Producing starter and leaver information
  • Dealing with the whole employee life cycle
  • Advising staff members on HR policies

The Candidate


  • HR administrators with solid experience in a similar position
  • Ideally CIPD qualified or has obtained a related degree
  • Possesses excellent verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience working within a law firm or professional services environment is highly advantageous
  • High levels of IT literacy to include Office 365 applications will be a pre-requisite
  • Works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Great attention to detail
