Experienced GDPR Lawyer sought to work remotely for a leading firm in London, on a self-employed, full-time, FTC basis.

This is a rare opportunity for a driven solicitor, legal executive or legal counsel specialising in GDPR matters to join our client’s bespoke office in Central London. Utilising their previous legal experience to take on this demanding and hands-on role, the successful candidate will handle a broad range of GDPR matters. The position is initially offered on 6-12 months contract basis, with an immediate start.

To put you forward for this position, we require your ideal salary and location and notice period.

Responsibilities

  • Handling clients’ existing data and data processing agreements
  • Working on other data policies
  • Identifying any shortcomings and gaps in data policies
  • Updating and adding to existing documentation
  • Training staff on data matters
  • Providing ad hoc advice and answering queries regarding the use of data within the business
The Candidate

  • Solicitors, legal executives and legal counsels with at least 5 years’ PQE
  • Solid experience in GDPR matters gained within a reputable firm
  • Self-employed, own limited company
  • Available to start immediately
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels
  • Ability to manage a demanding and diverse workload
  • Highly motivated, able to make executive decisions where required

Due to their professional growth they are now looking to employ a GDPR Lawyer, on a full-time, fixed-term contract basis.
