Solicitors with 5 years’ PQE in contentious probate sought for a Lexcel accredited firm in Warwickshire.

Our client, a well-established practice in Stratford-Upon-Avon, seeks a talented Contentious Probate Solicitor on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will handle a demanding caseload of probate litigation matters, whilst ensuring excellent performance on a daily basis.

To put you forward for this position, we require your ideal salary and location and notice period.

Responsibilities

  • Validity and rectification of wills
  • Inheritance disputes
  • Contentious Court of Protection
  • Breach of trusts claims
  • Applications for removal of executors
  • Claims for reasonable financial provision
  • Negotiating settlements
  • Ensuring compliance
  • Business development
The Candidate

  • Solicitors with at least 5 years’ PQE in contentious probate matters
  • Up to date knowledge of wills, probate and the administration of estates
  • IT proficiency
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A flexible attitude to hours and nature of work
