Lexcel accredited practice in South Yorkshire seeks an experienced Immigration Solicitor with The Law Society accreditation at level 2 or 3.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Immigration Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE to join a thriving practice in Rotherham.  The successful candidate will be technically proficient in all areas of asylum and immigration matters.

Responsibilities

  • Judicial reviews
  • Asylum and deportation cases
  • Human rights applications
  • Appeals
  • Detention and bail
  • Visit visas and family visas
  • Emergency injunctions
  • European applications
  • British citizenship applications
 

The Candidate

  • A solicitor with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE
  • Level 2 or 3 Law Society accreditation is essential
  • A supervisor accreditation is desirable
  • Possesses outstanding communication and client care skills
  • Highly organised, working well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Strives for high standards in their work
