An established practice in West Sussex seeks talented Family Fee Earner on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for fee earners with at least five years’ experience to join our client’s bespoke firm in Haywards Heath. The successful candidate will handle a demanding caseload of family matters, whilst ensuring clients’ satisfaction at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Divorce
  • Separation
  • Children matters
  • Civil partnerships
  • Cohabitation
  • Non-molestation orders
  • Occupation orders
  • Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
The Candidate

  • Solicitors, legal executives and fee-earning paralegal with at least five years’ PQE
  • Solid experience in family matters gained within a reputable firm
  • IT proficiency
  • Strong communicator both verbally and written
  • Personable and professional with a keen eye for detail
