Joining our client’s thriving practice in Ipswich, the successful Employment Solicitor will assist high-quality clients across a wide range of sectors. Handling a complex and demanding caseload of employment matters, the applicant will be working in a friendly and professional environment.

Responsibilities
• Contentious and non-contentious employment matters
• Advising on misconduct, sickness, grievances and other routine matters
• TUPE advice
• Employment Tribunal litigation
• Restructures
• Remuneration and benefits
• Workplace relations
• Tax matters
• Dispute resolution
• International employment matters
• Redundancy
• Settlement agreements
• Unfair dismissal
• Discrimination
• Breach of contract

The Candidate
• Solicitors with at least 3 years’ PQE
• Previous experience in employment matters gained within a reputable firm
• High level of organisation and communication skills
• Excellent client care skills and commercial awareness
• Hard-working team player who enjoys business development
