Highly successful firm in East Sussex seeks a talented Commercial Property Lawyer on a full-time, permanent basis.

Joining our client’s thriving practice located in Eastbourne, the successful applicant will undertake a complex caseload of commercial property matters, whilst exceeding the firm’s high standards of client care and professionalism.

Responsibilities
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Lease renewal
• Negotiating commercial leases
• Acquisition and disposal
• Buying and selling businesses
• Contractual and financial matters

The Candidate
• Solicitors and legal executives with a minimum of four years’ PQE
• Experience in commercial property is essential
• Possess outstanding communication skills and a client-focused approach
• Strive for high standards in your work
• Highly organised with the ability to multi-task effectively
