Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner sought on a permanent basis in Cambridgeshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for a pro-active and ambitious fee earner to join a CQS accredited residential conveyancing team. With the ability to manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, the successful fee earner will run both freehold and leasehold transactions from instruction to post completion.

Responsibilities
• Shared ownership
• Transfers of equity
• Buy to let
• Sales and purchases
• Gifts of property
• Liaising with other professionals involved in property transactions
• Post completion duties

The Candidate
• A solicitor, legal executive, licensed conveyancer or fee-earning paralegal within a minimum of 2 years’ PQE
• Technical proficiency in residential conveyancing will be a pre-requisite
• Able to manage their own caseload with minimal supervision
• Possesses outstanding communication and client care skills
• Works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Strives for high standards in their work at all times
