We are currently seeking a Family Lawyer to join our client in the South West on a full time, permanent position.

The successful individual will have experience dealing with divorce, finances and childcare matters. Able to competently undertake a challenging caseload with an empathetic and methodical approach.

Responsibilities

  • Childcare proceedings
  • Financial provisions
  • Divorce
  • Cohabitation disputes
  • Postnuptial and prenup agreements
  • Mediation
  • Private law children

The Candidate

  • Solicitor or legal executives with at least two years PQE
  • Comprehensive knowledge of family and matrimonial law
  • Technically strong
  • A profuse desire for professional and business development
  • Be a self-motivated and driven team player
  • Able to deliver a personable and professional service always
