Legal 500 firm in London seeks a talented Employment Lawyer on a permanent basis to start as soon as possible.

Joining our client’s thriving, multi-accredited practice located in Central London, the successful applicant will take on a complex caseload of employment matters. This role will be offered on a full-time basis, although part-time (4 days a week) will be considered.

Responsibilities
• Contentious and non-contentious matters
• Restrictive covenants
• Discrimination
• Settlement agreements
• Unfair dismissal
• TUPE
• Equal pay disputes
• Terms and conditions of employment
• Employer and employee rights and responsibilities
• Employer policies and procedures

The Candidate
• Solicitors and legal executives with a minimum of 6 years’ PQE
• Technical proficiency in employment law is essential
• Ideally possess a client following
• Excel in both written and verbal communication
• Highly organised with the ability to multi-task effectively
