Lexcel accredited firm in Hertfordshire seeks an ambitious Employment Solicitor on a full-time, permanent basis.

Joining our client’s multi-accredited practice located in Hertford, the successful solicitor will take on an existing caseload of employment matters, whilst working alongside the firm’s employment partner, solicitors and support staff. The right applicant will be required to participate in business development and marketing activities.

The Candidate
• Solicitors with a minimum of ten years’ PQE in employment matters
• Experience in both contentious and non-contentious work is required
• Works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Demonstrates a flair for business development
• Excels in communication both verbally and written
