CQS accredited firm in Cambridge seeks a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer/Fee Earner on a full-time, permanent basis.

Joining our client’s multi accredited, Legal 500 firm located in central Cambridge, the successful applicant will undertake a complex caseload of residential conveyancing matters.

Responsibilities
• Buying and selling
• Help to buy
• Buy to let
• Transfers of equity
• Leasehold properties
• Shared ownerships
• Mortgages and re-mortgages

The Candidate
• Solicitors, licenced conveyancers, legal executives and paralegals with a minimum of two years’ PQE
• Experience in residential conveyancing is essential
• IT proficiency is required
• Be a strong communicator both verbally and written
• Highly focused with the ability to multi-task and prioritise your work effectively
