A Lexcel accredited law firm in West Sussex is now seeking a talented Multi-Track Personal Injury Solicitor.

This is a wonderful opportunity for a Multi-Track Personal Injury Solicitor to join a leading law practice in Chichester. The successful candidate will handle a diverse caseload of personal injury matters, whilst proving to strive for success.

Responsibilities
• Multi-track
• Assessing liability
• Evaluating quantum
• Obtaining medical records
• Instructing counsel
• Negotiating settlements
• Attending court hearings and trials
• Drafting pleadings

The Candidate
• Applications are welcome from solicitors with a minimum of one year’s PQE
• Experience handling a varied range of multi-track personal injury claims gained from a reputable law firm is essential
• Personable with excellent negotiation skills is highly advantageous
• Communication and client care skills should be of exceptional standard
• Ability to work efficiently whilst retaining a keen eye for detail
• A proactive and motivated approach is essential
