Our client is seeking a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its busy RTA department in Norfolk.

Assisting two solicitors with the daily running of claims within a busy large loss team, it is essential that the successful RTA Solicitor or Legal Executive has previous experience of RTA personal injury claims.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting solicitors
  • Public liability claims
  • Negotiating settlements
  • Assessing liability
  • Evaluating quantum
  • Obtaining medical records
  • Acting against claimants
  • Dealing with complex motor insurance claims

The Candidate

  • This position is suited to a solicitor or legal executive with a minimum of one years’ previous experience in RTA claims
  • Excellent communication skills are essential for this role
  • Knowledge of the MOJ Portal would be highly advantageous
  • Practical and proactive approach to solving problems
