Our client is looking to hire an Immigration Lawyer who is either OISC Level 1 accredited or is able to deal with legal aid immigration matters.

Handling a busy and complex caseload, the immigration lawyer will advise on all immigration matters with minimal supervision. Conducting client consultations, the successful lawyer should be confident in liaising with clients.

  • Liaising with the Home Office and third parties
  • Advising on Human Rights
  • Nationality applications
  • Judicial reviews
  • Submission of ILR and spouse/partner visa application
  • EU and EEA law

The Candidate

  • Immigration Lawyer with OISC Level 1 or legal aid experience  
  • Professional, personable and detail orientated
  • Outstanding communication skills and a client-focused approach
  • An aptitude for business development and networking is essential
  • Able to handle a diverse caseload to meet tight deadlines
