The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist to join a leading practice in Lymington. The successful candidate will be first point of contact for visitors and will be providing word processing support to the whole office. Duties will include: welcoming visitors to reception and directing accordingly; opening, maintaining and closing files; assisting with sundry administration including booking couriers and taxis; operating the switchboard; dealing with messages on the answerphone; ascertaining the location of fee earners on a daily basis; awareness of staff availability; arranging appointments and; word processing documents and correspondence. The Candidate
Applications are encouraged from Receptionists with previous experience gained within a similar position.
Previous experience of switchboard and word processing experience, ideally to RSA Stage II level, would be advantageous.
It is essential that you have excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of legal terminology would be greatly beneficial.
