This firm is now hiring for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor with contentious probate experience for its office in Cobham, Surrey.

The Role
Managing your own caseload of contentious probate matters, this is an exciting opportunity for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor with 5 years’ plus PQE at a successful firm. Your duties may include undertaking mediation; negotiating settlements; issues around the validity of Wills and advising on potential claims; claims relating to the Inheritance Act 1975; advising on disputes arising from the administration of estates and; advising on the validity of EPAs and LPAs. The Candidate
Applications are encouraged from Solicitors and Legal Executives with 5 years’ plus PQE in Dispute Resolution.
Experience in contentious probate is essential.
