The Role
An opportunity has now arisen within a specialist Bournemouth –based Private Client team for a technically proficient Lawyer with good general private client experience. Utilising their skills and expertise in this field, the successful Lawyer will manage a rewarding and varied caseload, advising on areas to include: will drafting; tax planning including inheritance; estate administration; LPAs; Court of Protection matters; probate and; trusts. Our client is particularly keen to hear from Solicitors or Legal Executives with Full Membership of STEP and/or SFE, however, this is not a pre-requisite for the position.

Additionally, the successful Lawyer will participate in any marketing and business development initiatives as required, building and maintaining strong client relationships. The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors or Legal Executives with 2-5 years’ PQE;
Technically proficient, with solid experience in all aspects of private client;
Demonstrates an ability to meet agreed billing targets;
Have excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach at all times;
Full Membership of STEP and/or SFE is desirable but not essential;
IT Literate with particular expertise in the use of digital dictation and case management systems;
A flair for business development.
