With strengths in areas including property and private client, they are now seeking an experienced Admin Assistant to join their office based in Hampshire.

The Role
An opportunity for an Admin Assistant with strong experience has arisen at a highly regarded firm in Hampshire. The successful Assistant will be able to confidently provide support to a busy Private Client team, with a variety of duties to include: telephony; file management; archiving; copying and scanning and; general administrative tasks. In line with the firm’s excellent reputation, the ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills with an enthusiastic approach to providing first-rate client care. Due to the team’s busy caseload, an ability to be a proactive team player as well as to work effectively under minimal supervision is essential.

The Candidate
You will have previous solid admin experience;
Computer literate, including proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word; Excel and; Outlook;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to work well in team as well as under minimal supervision;
Capability to work efficiently, whilst maintaining a keen eye for detail.
