The Package: Starting salary of between £18,000 - £20,000

The Role
Joining an established Legal Recruitment team in a busy office, you will be primarily supporting the Recruitment Consultants on day to day business operations. You will be given constant training, support and guidance in order to maximise your business potential and increase your earning capacity and allow you to become increasingly specialised within your market sector.

o   Managing all aspects of candidate resourcing and generation.

o   Creating bespoke candidate CV`s, searching job boards for suitable candidates for live roles and updating our extensive database to ensure we are ahead of our competitors.

o   Working with our experienced Recruitment Consultants to create tailored and engaging job advertisements that meet our client’s requirements.

o   Creating client and candidate mail shots to promote our services and current client vacancies.

o   To complete new starter paperwork including contractual documentation and offer letters.

o   Aid candidate attraction and employer brand through assisting marketing team.

Candidate Requirements

The successful candidate will be very literate and competent on all Microsoft processes. They will also be able to work independently and to a high standard, prioritising work-loads and have fantastic attention to detail. Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must, as is a pro-active and dynamic attitude to your career.

In addition -

o   You will preferably be from a secretarial, administrative or legal background.
