Responsibilities - Representing clients detained at police stations
- Attending police stations
- Murder and manslaughter
- ABH and GBH
- Assault
- Fraud
- Drug offences
- Robbery
- Theft
- Road traffic offences
- Sexual allegations
The Candidate- Solicitors or Paralegals with at least one year’s experience in crime
- Crime duty accreditation is not a pre requisite however, you must be looking to attain this
- Technically proficient in all aspects of criminal defence
- IT literate with the ability to operate a computer-based case management system
- Excellent communication and client care skills will be crucial
