Job Description

Law Staff are delighted to have been instructed by this well known reputable Firm based in Surrey, to recruit and knowledgeable Wealth Management Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE.

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented solicitor to join a well-respected and leading law firm. My client is a reputable firm in Surrey is looking for an experienced solicitor to join their growing Wealth Management team.

The successful candidate will have experience in wealth management and a proven track record of providing excellent advice to clients.

As the solicitor in wealth management, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and providing them with specialist advice.

You will be expected to build relationships with clients, update them on changes in the law and provide high quality service.

Your key duties will include:

- Drafting and negotiating legal documents and case handling matters
- Providing advice on complex tax and legal matters
- Advising clients on investment opportunities
- Working with other solicitors and legal professionals
- Representing clients in negotiations and court proceedings

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work autonomously and be comfortable dealing with a variety of financial and legal matters. You must also have a strong understanding of the relevant laws and regulations relating to Wealth Management and be able to provide clear and concise legal advice. Ideally you will possess a minimum of 2 years PQE.
