Are you a dedicated and motivated Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary seeking a new role with a leading Private Practice Law Firm?

Our esteemed client is in search of an experienced Conveyancing Secretary proficient in conveyancing procedures and terminology to join the welcoming and vibrant Property Law department.

You will provide support to the departments Fee Earners and Solicitors, working independently and also collaboratively, demonstrating a proactive and flexible approach to work.

What will be expected from you?
  • Assisting conveyancing fee earners and Solicitors with any administrative tasks related to property transactions
  • Managing correspondence, emails, and telephone calls, and responding to queries promptly
  • Drafting documents, including contracts, completion statements, and forms
  • Organising and maintaining files and documents
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and other third parties involved
  • To provide a high standard of customer service and maintaining positive client relationships
  • Assisting with general office duties to include photocopying, scanning, and filing as well as reception cover
  • Proficiency in using legal case management systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to prioritise workload accordingly
