Job Description

A leading Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked firm is seeking a Commercial and Property Litigation Solicitor due to rising demand for litigation services. You will manage a diverse caseload for private individuals and SMEs, covering all aspects of property and civil/commercial litigation, and work closely with the Firm’s Family and Residential Property departments, whose clients often include landlords or leaseholders.
 
Type of work for this Commercial and Property Litigation Solicitor opportunity: 

Property Litigation:

  • Boundary/building disputes, dilapidations, disrepair
  • Lease renewals, rent reviews
  • Residential & commercial landlord/tenant possession
  • Service charge disputes, lease breaches, easements
  • Contested probate
Commercial Litigation:

  • Contract and shareholder disputes
  • Civil fraud, professional negligence
  • Debt recovery, defamation
  • IP disputes, injunctions, enforcing foreign judgments
 
Key requirements for this Commercial and Property Litigation Solicitor vacancy:

  • Advocacy experience beneficial
  • Knowledge of CFAs/DBAs desirable
  • Willingness to participate in marketing and business development
