Job Description

Are you a Probate Solicitor, Legal Executive or Fee Earning Paralegal seeking the opportunity to join a constantly expanding forward-thinking Firm?

Our client is looking for a Probate Lawyer to join them on a full or part-time basis, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in probate, to manage a caseload of mostly probate with some Wills and LPA’s. You will demonstrate the ability to handle a variety probate matters independently, while prior experience in will writing and LPAs is not essential, it would be beneficial.

Knowledge of trusts and inheritance tax would be advantageous. If you haven't worked in this specific area, the firm may be willing to provide training to support your involvement in this high-quality and rapidly growing area of the Firms work.
 
The position is available on a fully remote basis; however, the firm will exclusively consider candidates with solid experience in remote work specifically within law firms. Applicants must demonstrate the ability to work effectively without direct supervision.
