Private Client Solicitor

Are you an experienced 5 year+ PQE Private Client Solicitor looking to take on a new challenge? 

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join a renowned legal team and help drive the firm’s growth and success. This is a fantastic chance for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a dynamic team and work on a wide variety of cases.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years plus PQE experience in Private Client work and have a strong academic background, you must have a proven track record of success in private client matters and be able to provide clear and comprehensive legal advice.

What will be expected from you?
• Draft Wills, Powers of Attorney and other estate planning documents
• Provide advice on Inheritance Tax Planning, Estate Administration and inheritance law
• Advise on Court of Protection and Enduring Powers of Attorney
• Provide legal advice on Trusts and Estate Planning Law
• Maintain accurate records and conduct legal research as required
