Position Title: Private Client Paralegal
Location: Brentford/Richmond area
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000

Work Type: Full time, permanent, office based

An experienced Paralegal with experience of working in a busy Private Client, wills and probate department, is required for our client located close to Richmond. 

This is a full time, office based role. 

Due to expansion of the Private Client team, this role would suit someone with a desire to learn and develop further within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities to include:
  • Working alongside the Private Client team and the firm ensuring completed tasks are of high quality
  • Drafting and preparation experience of wills, deed/declaration of trusts and lasting powers of attorney
  • Diary management - looking ahead at fee earners diaries to remind them of appointments etc
  • Handling and assisting with new business enquiries
  • Carrying out checks and ID requirements
The Candidate

  • A paralegal with a minimum of 12 months experience in working in a private client, wills and probate department 
  • Possesses outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literacy will be a pre-requisite
  • Works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • A team player who is equally comfortable working on their own initiative
  • A self-starter, resourceful with a high degree of initiative
  • Is personable, pro-active and detail orientated
  • Flexible and adaptable
