The Role:

The successful candidate will be integral in acting on behalf of developers, overseeing the sale of approximately 150 new homes annually. Key responsibilities include preparing legal documents and sales packs, responding to enquiries, ensuring timely contract exchanges, and completing sales with proficiency.

Skills & Experience:
- Prior experience in residential conveyancing is essential
- At least 3 years within a similar role
- Proficiency in managing a high volume of files autonomously.
- A track record of achieving and surpassing targets.
- Outstanding organisational prowess and meticulous attention to detail.
- A charismatic and confident communicator with exemplary customer service skills.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and adhere to stringent deadlines.
