Job Description:
Our Client is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their friendly, busy, and well-established Private Client department. This role offers the opportunity to provide secretarial support to a high professional standard, assisting two Private Client fee earners based in Oxford, consisting of one full-time and one part-time fee earner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out a range of secretarial support for the Private Client fee earners.
  • Provide remote support to other Private Client fee earners based in different offices as needed.
  • Demonstrate organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Maintain an outstanding telephone manner and excellent typing skills.
  • Collaborate effectively with other team members.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work well with other team members.
  • Experience in typing to dictation is desirable but not essential.
  • A good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Google Forms, and case management software is helpful.
  • Prior experience working within a Private Client team is advantageous but not essential.
