Legal Cashier - West End Location 

About the Client:
Our client is a dynamic Boutique West End Law Firm specialising in Property Law. With additional offices in Manchester and Overseas, they offer an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing international practice.

The Role:

They are seeking a dedicated Legal Cashier to join the accounts team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in legal finance within a supportive and professional environment.

What You'll Do

  • Perform daily bank reconciliations with precision and accuracy
  • Post income money promptly throughout the day
  • Process Faster payments, CHAPS, and BACS transactions
  • Input and post various financial transactions onto accounts ledgers
  • Manage bills and credit notes
  • Send CHAPS and BACS payments via online banking systems

Candidate Essential Requirements:

  • Must have 12 months Accounts experience preferably within a Law Firm
  • Excellent written and communications Skills
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
  • Degree level educated
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain accuracy under strict timescales
  • Clear communication skills and team-working ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Good knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping principles
