Lexcel Practice in Norfolk seeks an experienced Employment Solicitor on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is a wonderful opportunity for a talented solicitor with 1+ years’ PQE in employment matters to join our client’s Lexcel accredited firm. Utilising your knowledge and expertise of this field, the successful lawyer will manage a complex caseload covering both contentious and non-contentious employment.

Responsibilities

• Handling own caseload of employment matters
• Employment Tribunal and High Court claims
• Redundancies
• Unfair dismissal
• TUPE
• Discrimination
• Settlement agreements
• Performance management 
• Building client relationships

The Candidate

• Solicitors with at least 1 years’ PQE
• Technically proficient in contentious and non-contentious employment matters
• Able to explain complex matters in clear, accessible language
• Has excellent communication, organisational and IT
• Highly organised, able to meet tight deadlines
• Strives for high standards in their work
• Is personable and professional with a client-focused approach
