  • Supporting the Fee Earners caseload
  • Preparing legal documents
  • Conducting legal research
  • Liaising with clients
  • Legal Aid Administration processes
  • Liaising with 3rd Parties
  • Liaising with other Fee Earners

Caseload consists of matters within:
  • Contentious and non-contentious matters
  • Unfair and wrongful dismissal
  • Redundancy and restrictive covenants
  • Discrimination
  • Drafting settlement agreements
  • Legal Aid matters
Candidates must demonstrate a strong foundation in legal practices, with a preference for those who have honed their skills in Employment Law or possess significant Litigation experience. Familiarity with legal aid processes is crucial, as this knowledge will be instrumental in navigating the complexities of cases that come under this area.

The ideal applicant will possess the following attributes:

  • A minimum of two years' solid legal experience, preferably within Employment or Litigation Law.
