Job Description

A West London based law firm are currently recruiting an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary or Career Paralegal with at least 4 solid years experience in Conveyancing to join their team. This is a full time, office based role.

Conveyancing Legal Secretary experience to include:

• Produce legal documents, letters, and emails from audio or copy.
• Handle general office duties like photocopying, printing, and scanning.
• Manage incoming and outgoing post and emails efficiently.
• Open, close, and maintain well organised client case files.
• Maintain diaries and schedule client appointments and meetings.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing updates.
• Liaise with estate agents, other solicitors, and third parties.
• Prepare legal forms and draft documents like contracts.
• Update client information using case management software.
• Use the Land Registry portal for applications and registrations.

Requirements for this Conveyancing Legal Secretary vacancy:

• Proven experience working in a conveyancing role - minimum of 4 solid years experience.
• • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A keen eye for detail and accuracy in your work.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
