Role Overview
Our client is seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish. The successful candidate will also support fee-earning work undertaken by colleagues and use our case management system effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse residential conveyancing caseload.
- Conduct legal matters on behalf of clients.
- Provide support to colleagues on fee-earning work.
- Utilize the firm's case management system proficiently.
- Ensure excellent client care throughout the conveyancing process.

The Ideal Candidate
- Possesses a good understanding of property law and the residential conveyancing process.
- Has a minimum of 2 years of experience in residential conveyancing.
- Demonstrates excellent business development skills.
- Is driven, highly motivated, and maintains a positive outlook.
- Capable of working independently while being a team player.
- Committed to delivering outstanding client care.
- Displays a friendly and caring attitude.

Working Hours:
- 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
