Hannah Sentes – Legal Recruitment Consultant & Executive Assistant to the Director

Hannah is a Legal Recruitment Consultant and Executive Assistant to the Director at Law Staff Legal Recruitment, working closely with Shabir Jiza to support both the recruitment function and the day-to-day operations of the business.

In her role as a Legal Recruitment Consultant, Hannah assists with identifying and engaging legal professionals across a range of practice areas, supporting clients with sourcing high-quality candidates for roles within private practice and in-house legal teams. She is involved in candidate screening, CV preparation and formatting, coordinating interviews, and maintaining strong communication with both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.

Alongside her recruitment responsibilities, Hannah provides executive support to the Director, helping to manage communications, organise schedules, and ensure the smooth running of internal processes. She works extensively with recruitment and communication platforms including Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter, Outlook and CloudCall to manage candidate pipelines and support client delivery.

Through her organisation, attention to detail, and proactive approach, Hannah plays an important role in supporting the continued growth and success of the firm.
