Tracy Shorter - Office & Accounts Manager


Arriving at Law Staff in 2012, Tracy began her journey in the accounts team. Since then Tracy has been promoted to Office & Accounts Manager,
developing new skills she has learnt at Law Staff and studying for a Diploma in Principals of Management and Leadership.
Tracy has undoubtedly shone throughout her career and continues to develop so with her out-of-hours studying.
Throughout her time at Law Staff, Tracy has always loved the variation in her role.  When Tracy is delivering team meetings she is always the first to praise individual and team effort.
Additionally, Tracy is never shy to help resolve challenges. With the company progressing and becoming bigger, Tracy has put new approaches into day to day office work,
making sure her team are working efficiently and to the best of their ability.

What do you find most rewarding in your job here at Law Staff?

  I love to see what each day holds and work with such great people.

‘A Million dreams’ from the greatest showman – my kids love it too!
