Tim Holden - Senior Recruitment Consultant
Tim joined Law Staff Legal Recruitment in October 2019 as a Senior Recruitment Consultant.
He has been recruiting for more than 20 years and has worked with law firms in both the UK and Canada (where he used to live). He has the qualifications to back him up too, with a BA (Hons) in Human Resources Management and CIPD Level 7 membership.
Outside of work you can find Tim looking after his son or playing/watching sport. In his younger days he completed a marathon in under three hours!
For you, what is the best part of working in a team?
“After being self-employed mostly working from home since 2007 I wanted a change to work as part of a team again - now my son can let himself in and out of the house as he goes to and from school.
I missed the ability to learn from others and to help people.
Jokes and banter are all well and good by phone and email, but face-to-face is so much better!”
What did you want to be when you were younger?
“A professional rugby league player.”
