Experiencing a period of expansion they are now seeking an exceptional Employment Lawyer in the City of London.

The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic Employment Lawyer to join a growing practice on a permanent basis. Managing a busy caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters for claimants and respondents, the successful Lawyer will advise on areas including: discrimination; unfair treatment at work; drafting employment documentation; redundancy; tribunal representation and; business transfers. Keen to get involved with business development the successful Lawyer will build and maintain client relationships and promote the services of the department and practice as a whole. The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of three years’ PQE;
You will be technically competent with experience across the full remit of Employment matters;
You will have excellent communication and client care skills;
You will be able to organise your workload to meet tight deadlines;
You will be IT Literate;
You will have a desire to participate in professional development.
