This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and committed Mental Health Lawyer to join our client’s specialist team in Portsmouth. Becoming part of a specialist team, the successful Lawyer will enjoy a varied and demanding role with a high level of client contact from the outset, attending Hospital Managers meetings, Review Tribunals and appeals for clients detained under the Mental Health Act. Applications are welcomed from panel members and those seeking to gain accreditation. A proven track record of building lasting client relationships, strong organisational and advocacy skills are essential requirements for the role.

It would be advantageous to be a Law Society Mental Health Panel member, but someone wanting to obtain panel membership would be considered.
