Fancy a new career in stunning Suffolk?
Suffolk is an historic county in East Anglia, that is rich in heritage and one of the oldest counties in England. The origins of Suffolk can be traced back over hundreds of years back to when the Angles established the Kingdom of East Anglia. Bordering three counties of Norfolk to the North, Cambridgeshire to the West and Essex to the South the county enjoys very few hills, with a large proportion of land mass dedicated to arable farming ventures.
Home to the horse racing industry the lively town of Newmarket enjoys a wide variety of equestrian activities including training schools, museums, and two world class race courses.
Visit Felixstowe with one of the largest container ports in Europe, and Britain’s largest. Or explore the Suffolk coast and heaths, which are designated Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, featuring prominent walking routes and paths, that are perfect for long walks with family.
Also, a must see is the market town of Framlingham featuring the famous castle which was created by the Normans and is the basis for the hit song “Castle on the Hill” by renowned Suffolk singer Ed Sheeran.
Suffolk is famous for its food events. There is always a form of food event on offer and foodies can regularly indulge in anything from cheese, honey, cakes and pies at the new farmers market in Bury St Edmunds and then wash it all down with a craft ale in a quaint pub run by one of the two famous Suffolk breweries.
